The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

This was an amazing vacation! I loved the view of the beach, the cleanliness of the condo and having a washer and dryer! Having a fully stocked kitchen (dishes wise) was a game changer! My only reason for a star off was that I really looked forward to getting time in a hot tub and the indoor one was closed and the outdoor one was blocked off or not working. Which was a bummer. But overall, a great place to stay!

when we arrived to the property we found items with stains on them, dirty counters, hairs and sand on floors and in bathtubs, a broken metal seahorse that was tucked under some books tried to report all of this and the host did not respond unless getting air bnb support involved the first time when i wanted to clarify the room location and they kept sending automated messages but the second time with the incident regarding the condition of the condo it was no response at all. It really needs an update. Only one smart tv in the living room and two very small TVs in the rooms, bathrooms are poorly lit and the bed frames and unsafe in the front bedroom the mattresses in that room are uncomfortable and so is the sofa bed !

This has truly become our new favorite vacation destination! The location is simply perfect—peaceful, family-friendly, and surrounded by some of the most breathtaking views we’ve experienced. Waking up each morning and watching dolphins swim right from the balcony felt absolutely magical and unforgettable. � 🐬

The home itself is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully prepared, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to settle in and feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. Every detail reflects care and quality.
