Whether it's lounging on the white sand, relaxing by the on-site pools and hot tub, or practicing your serve on the tennis court, you're sure to have a great time. In-home features include a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, free cable TV on a new smart-mounted TV and WiFi, and a private balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico overlooking the pool area. Central air conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the modern essentials. THINGS TO KNOW The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15. A queen sofa bed offers extra sleeping space. Elevator in building.

Enjoyed the whole experience. On the grounds of the condo there are many amenities, from the tennis court to the indoor, heated pool. So much to do. My wife and I will gladly stay again.

We loved this 2 bedroom condo. It was perfect for our family of 4. The view of the pools and the ocean was extremely nice and the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed for cooking. It was easy to get to the room. Our favorite part was the balcony furniture. We would stay here again!

This unit is clean and well maintained with easy beach access as well as nice pools and common areas. Balcony has a great view with plenty of seating. Area is secure and requires guests to have parking pass, so there is no thru traffic. Would recommend and would stay again.
