A four-person kitchen bar and an adjacent four-person dining table accommodate your group to home-cooked meals. Additional perks of this rental include central AC and a private washer/dryer. The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email. If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you. Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted. The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

Overall a nice place, especially for the price we paid. It is showing signs of needing some updates and maintenance, mainly the bathroom, but everything worked and was in decent shape. The location is great If you are wanting to be away from all the craziness. Keep in mind it is about a 15-20 minute drive to the actual Gulf Shores town and beaches. However, if you just want to be on the beach and relax this is the perfect place. The beach is as good as any other on the gulf coast, only not as crowded. It's about 100 yards from the elevator to the sand. It was perfect for what we wanted on this trip. The only complaint we had was the master bed is just bad. It wasn't comfortable and it's noisy. We read that in other reviews, and they weren't wrong. Hopefully, they will replace it. If those few issues were fixed this would be a spectacular place. We aren't super picky and for us, it was just fine and we appreciate the owners sharing their little piece of paradise with us.

My family has been vacationing at the Plantation since I was a toddler. This condo is probably my favorite!! The view is what makes it. You don’t even have to go outside- just sit in the recliner and open the drapes. It had everything that I needed. Washer and dryer in unit is only second to the view! I’ll definitely book this hidden gem again!
