We loved the outdoor space on the balcony and the convenience of the unit being so close to the elevator. Everything was excellent outside the king size mattress in the master bedroom which needs to be replaced.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo needs some updating and a few other things like paint touch up. The couch needs cleaned really good. The front bedroom needs some kind of blackout curtains. The hallway lights are still really bright even with the shades turned down. Also be aware, you will have to pay The Beach Club, or Spectrum mgmt for a wrist band to use to access amenities.

This was our 1st stay at the Beach Club and the property is beautifully landscaped. 306c is the perfect unit. I loved the balcony furniture and spent a good bit of time out there. It was a perfect long weekend getaway. We look forward to staying there again.
