We love this place we continue to come back to this resort. The bed is high and hard for older people to get on. The kitchen could've been better stocked with bowls and utensils. Everything else was awesome.

Avari response:

It’s wonderful to hear that you love our Gulf View Condo and keep coming back! We truly appreciate your loyalty. We understand that the bed height can be a bit challenging for some, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance our guests' comfort. Your feedback about the kitchen supplies is also valuable; we want to ensure that everything you need is readily available for your cooking adventures. We’re thrilled that you found everything else awesome, and we hope to welcome you back for another fantastic stay soon!

June 2026

Overall, this was a good rental. It was clean, all appliances worked well, the check in/out process was easy, and the resort was very nice. We couldn't have asked for a better room location. The condo was mostly updated but the bathroom tub/showers were older and could use updating. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo and easy access to beach. It was very easy for us with twin toddler grandsons!!

There were no “extras” in the kitchen. No spices, salt, pepper, coffee, water, etc…..

We loved the outdoor space on the balcony and the convenience of the unit being so close to the elevator. Everything was excellent outside the king size mattress in the master bedroom which needs to be replaced.
