The staff, the proximity to beach and visiting Ft Morgan.
Oil rigs just off shore, the lower patio needs attention. Old outdated and most likely unusable grill and wall insulation just laying by patio table.

Property was perfect for us and our furry family.. if you’re looking for a Trump tower appearance, this is not for you. This was a perfect house for a family with pets and the pets were a welcome on the beach as well. Will definitely rent this house again.
