I want to start by saying my family and I absolutely love this place and have stayed here multiple times and will stay again, but I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because after years of staying here I can definitely see a need for a few upgrades. Some issues we previously reported when we stayed in June were still not fixed, for example the master bathroom toilet runs constantly. Also upon arrive this time the glass stove top had been cracked. Now some things we had issues with in June were addressed and fixed, like the 2nd bathroom shower and the broken drawers in the bathroom and kitchen. But overall Navy Cove is an amazing place to stay, beautiful location that is quiet and kid friendly. It is a great place for the fisherman in my family and makes bringing our boat down so much easier. My family and I consider 1109 our second home.

This condo was spacious and very clean.

We had a great time. The scenery at condo was beautiful and walk to ocean was not too far. The condo would have been great if someone could have came out to service the broken shower. Requested help all week, but no one ever came out or followed up.
