The apartment was fine but not exceptional. The beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom needed a few repairs. Nothing that impeded the function of the bathroom or shower, just cosmetic. The building is on the water, but this apartment is on the road. The walls are very thin. I heard the child next door, the traffic and everything else that occurred within distance. The directions to the condo were fine but finding the correct room was challenging. And it’s on the third floor. I did not see an elevator. We were also told of a $40 parking fee after we booked, cash only. The security booth to pay the person is next to the pool and not marked whatsoever. We asked another tenant for directions. They were to be there from 4-9. We did not see anyone all weekend. Overall, the place was fine for the price. Three queens and 1.5 baths, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was clean and well appointed.

This condo is up 3 flights of stairs. No elevator. Which would not have been a issue but we had a 8 month old. Parking cost $30!!! CASH ONLY. One laundry mat had 3 washers, and 3 dryers. And it cost $6 to wash and dry 1 load of clothes. And you do not walk directly out onto the beach when you stay in this unit.
