The stay was beautiful. Not worth the price tho. $1100 for 2 nights and only 4 towels for a family of 6 and when asked for more we were told to wash and dry them for use. Nothing complementary for the beach. Had to pay for chairs and the communication for the parking was not clear. So if you stay here make sure you bring EVERYTHING you need. Even if they say they supply it because they don’t and if they do it’s very minimal. I’m sorry but paying over $1000 for 2 nights and can’t even get towels or soap for a family of 6 is insane. And they said they did provide soap towels and beach chairs when I asked.

Everything was fine with the stay. On the last day of checkout we had a cleaning service enter the condo before 10AM (which is what time I was told checkout was.) We had left the condo for about 8minutes and when we returned there was what I assume to be a cleaning crew inside the condo throwing stuff away. I immediately called Avari’s number. At first I was told by the agent that he doesn’t see a cleaning service “scheduled” at the time I said they were there. Then he tells me he was going to reach out to other people & call me back. This was on Sunday & today is Wednesday. I’m not sure why access was given to a cleaning company before checkout was supposed to occur. I will not be book through Avari ever again due to the lack of safety for their customers.

The house was amazing. It was the perfect location for our beach wedding. It fit my needs perfectly for our guests and my new husband and I. Would definitely recommend for large families. Thank you again for everything.
