The apartment was nice and in a great location close to the Hangout. My only frustration was the communication with the property management company. I had questions about a few things and had trouble getting clear responses back. I think they must be using AI to respond to messages because the responses were off and didn't fully answer the questions. The automatic replies said that they weren't sure about the answer, and then it would take another few hours to hear anything else. I texted the number for the local host, Lora, after the trouble messaging through the app, and never heard back from her either. The condo came with umbrella and chair service, so I didn't bring an umbrella from home. It took a long time to receive a reply from messages with information about the service. Once they finally provided the info, I called the company they said they use and never heard anything back from them either. Beach was beautiful, but we were really missing chairs and an umbrella.

This condo is better than described. The condo was clean, smelled really clean when we checked in. The kitchen is very well stocked with loads of dishes, appliances, countertop appliances such as easy to use multi function coffee maker a 4 slice toaster, blender, air fryer the range looked brand new. It comes with free beach chair and umbrella service, which in itself is such a benefit. We will definitely stay here again.
