This condo was all it said it was!! Clean and beautiful ! It's the length of the building so it felt very roomy as the balcony faced the ocean and the master bedroom faced the parking lot! I would stay here again!! The Hangout is a must go to! Music, great food and fun!! Deanna

Great place to stay! Only a few issues- the first night the elevator quit while we were in it. We were stuck for over an hour before local FD came and got us out- which is no fault of the hosts, but just know it could happen!

The couch was extremely dirty, some of the pans were not clean(like old dried eggs), and there were piles of hair in the master bathroom when we got there.

Other than that it was extremely nice, the views were amazing, it was so close to everything, quiet location, short walk to the beach, extremely responsive hosts, and all around great place to stay! We definitely plan to book again!!

Once is enough

It was a good location. Close to a lot of places. Umbrella and chairs were a big plus.

The beds were very noisy. Not enough towels or wash cloths. Only one dish towel is not enough in the kitchen. The people under us were always having pool parties late at night. They had 23 people down there Thursday night drinking and swimming till almost midnight. Most of these people did not even stay at our location.

The apartment was nice and in a great location close to the Hangout. My only frustration was the communication with the property management company. I had questions about a few things and had trouble getting clear responses back. I think they must be using AI to respond to messages because the responses were off and didn't fully answer the questions. The automatic replies said that they weren't sure about the answer, and then it would take another few hours to hear anything else. I texted the number for the local host, Lora, after the trouble messaging through the app, and never heard back from her either. The condo came with umbrella and chair service, so I didn't bring an umbrella from home. It took a long time to receive a reply from messages with information about the service. Once they finally provided the info, I called the company they said they use and never heard anything back from them either. Beach was beautiful, but we were really missing chairs and an umbrella.
