The condo is on the 6th floor. Not the 4th as the listing says. It was a great location. Decor and amenities were nice. The larger bed has a memory foam topper that is very lumpy. It may be time to change that out or get rid of it. The door lock and code is a little tricky and bit of a pain. The elevators are slow and hot but welcome to the beach. The pool was nice but no bathrooms around the pool area. So if you have little kids its a pain to run all the way back to your condo. Beach was nice. Got busier later in the week, weekend. Overall the condo was nice and clean.

The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. However, there was minor inconviences like the pool/beach access code was not listed on the instructions, but we were able to clear that issue real quick with their customer service. Another complaint is the bedroom tv is very slow and outdated, but that wasn't an issue since the one in the living room was exceptional. These inconviences didn't ruin the experience of a great place located in a great walkable area. Overall, it was a great place and amazing deal.

Condo is older but nice, location was great. Management company did not respond. Door lock was a pain to open and lock. Back door was broke. No beach towels, 6 washcloths for 4 people so had to wash daily. Counter and floor sticky. Headboard on twin was loose and made noise. We did not have code for pool and beach access.i would stay at condo again but not under this management company.
