It's a truly fantastic location only half a mile from Gulf Shores Parkway, giving you easy access to Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and within walking distance of a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We actually ended up getting an early check in and our host communicated that it might be a possibility and it did end up happening. Super peaceful, no loud neighbors, beds were super comfy and the whole unit was super clean, and nicely decorated. We loved the big balcony and the rocking chairs that were on the balcony! Highly recommend and will stay here again in the future!

Ac was not working at check in. Advised from other condo owner-rented unit prior to us for ext. family that it was broke then. called to report issue -hold for 35 mins before anyone answered. Told ac people would communicate through the app and someone was coming out. They are lucky the second night we happened to still be there before going to dinner because the ac people also did not have code to get in. We ended up checking out a day early due to Ac issues. Ac repair was supposed to be back friday with part-didn’t show up again til Mem. day. I advised Avari why we left early-I was told it was turned over for review and the only response since Monday when I told them we checked out early is sorry but leave a review. Other small issues with sandy floors at arrival. Upset because this was not a cheap stay-and for them to be aware of the ac issue! Great location and beach area -cute condo just dirty floors and broke ac -hopefully fixed now.

Our first time in Gulf Shores and it was wonderful! The condo was exactly what we were expecting. It had everything we needed and was in a great location!
