The property was very clean and in a great location! There are a few maintenance items…front left burner on the stove didn’t work and some of the outlets are worn out, charger wouldn’t stay plugged in. Very minor stuff, overall a great destination

Vacasa left us hanging on more than one occasion! First, our grocery order arrived too early and we called Vacasa to ask if we could go ahead and put it in the fridge (even though room wasn't ready). The customer service rep said someone from housekeeping would call us back and let us know. No one called...
Then, the next morning as we are lounging around in our PJs, a realtor knocks on the door and comes right in announcing "Realtor". I stepped out of the bedroom and she states "someone should have contacted you". I told her noone contacted me and I would appreciate it if she would leave! How unprofessional of VACASA!!
