Me and my husband was celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and need some place peaceful and not overcrowded and walking distance to restaurants. All of these were met. we had a very relaxing time and we will be back soon. Thanks Avari for being a wonderful host.😍

Pros: comfy master bed, quiet stay, easy walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores, there was wifi although the listing said it was not included, I really liked that they included travel sized shampoos and soaps as well as kitchen supplies like dish soap

Cons: couch seemed to be very worn and pretty uncomfortable to sit on, the management company took a very long time to respond - then did not respond to my second message, I feel that there could be more supplies available for the price (beach chairs/towels/wagon), patio furniture was plastic and not very comfy

Overall, it was great for location and a quiet beach stay, but I do feel like it could use some upgrades.

We booked a week in early December to celebrate our 61st wedding anniversary and found the directions easy to follow, the check in instructions fine and enjoyed the accommodations. Condo was clean, furnished comfortably and kitchen had all the accessories we needed. Do take the advice of an extra blanket in cool season. The access was directly onto the beach and the views of the gulf, sunrise and sunset, were great. Lora at Vacasa was quick to respond to any inquiries.
