August 2026

2nd time staying here in Tropic Isles 501. We love the room. Unfortunately the cleaning service was not good at all. Hair in the sheets, dirty towels, unmopped floors… nothing seemed like it has been cleaned since I wiped it down last year:(Other than the lack of cleaning the stay was great! Will be back again!

Avari response:

We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your second stay at Tropic Isles 501, and it’s wonderful that you love the room! However, we truly apologize for the cleaning issues you encountered. That’s not the standard we strive for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We want every guest to feel comfortable and cared for, and we’re committed to ensuring that our cleaning team meets those expectations consistently.

It’s great to know you still had a fantastic stay overall, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for a third visit. Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued guest!
