Loved the condo and balcony. Barrier was already prepared for my fur baby. Would like to see a better dog area that is not on the main road with decent grass and no stickers.

We have stayed at several condos and this one has been unsatisfactory. No one responds to my messages. When I saw the average response time as 11-12 hours, I figured it would take some time, but-.The a/c does not work correctly. The a/c drain pipe drips and splashes on the baseboard and seems that it's done that for quite some time. The a/c coils/filters are filthy. It smells like mold/mildew. We were unable to use the skillets/baking sheets as they are not in usable condition so we had to alter our breakfast plans. The sink drain in the half bath was inoperable when we arrived, but we were able to “fix” it to get it to drain. The toilet runs at times in the full bath. The couch mattress is so nasty and stained, we were unable to use it for sleeping. The bedroom's dresser is raised off the floor about 15 inches & it has a tv just sitting on it leaning against a window which the dresser/TV could tip over. The dresser/tv blocks the window appearing to be a code violation and fire hazard.
