The best thing about the property is the location, you’re right on the beach.

Super small bathroom, very uncomfortable beds, the vent in the 2nd bedroom that is right above the bed dripped water on the bed every single night, the keypad kept messing up because a few of the numbers were sticking..we got locked out of the room at one point because of it. We had to call and get a new code issued.

We loved staying at this condo! Everything was clean and ready when we arrived! There was a nice kitchen so we were able to enjoy meals in the condo! There was a washer and dryer as well! Super quick walk to the beach. We can’t wait to stay again!

Place as described but our stay was cut short due to an issue with the A/C. Our first night was spent with a thermostat temperature of 80 degrees. Avari Management was responsive and worked with us to try to rectify the issue. They sent someone out to repair and it was determined that there was a part that was going to need to be replaced the next day. This was discussed around 9:45 pm night 1 of our stay. We left for Tropic Falls the next day and close to 4:00 pm I had not heard from Avari and I had to initiate a status update on the A/C repair. That was when they told us the part did not come in and attempted to relocate us. We ultimately decided to just take a full refund. Despite the inconvenience on their end and lag in communication that day we were only given 2 hrs to get back to the condo, pack everything up and be out. I requested an extra hour bc we have small kids that we had to pull from their time at the water park and pack for but we were told no. Unfortunate all around.

Very pleased with the stay and would stay here again.

Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of dishes and cookware to use. Bath linens provided. Loved that I was able to do the laundry before heading home.

The bathroom is a little small if you have more than 2 people staying.
