This condo features a completely remodeled full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze. This condo also has access to the shared amenities at The Palms such as the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool overlooking the beach, tennis court, sauna, and beach access, so no one will be bored on this trip.

Grab your beach chair and head down the boardwalk and enjoy a day of fun in the sun right behind the condo! When you aren't enjoying the onsite amenities, you can head into town where you can find local shopping, delicious dining options, and activities for all ages! Take an adventure to the Alabama/Florida state line and enjoy great food, live bands, and even bingo at the famous FloraBama, less than four miles east of the condo! Adventure Island is a short drive from the complex as well, so take the whole family on a trip they won't forget.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Walkways and access, as well as parking, may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Construction noise will be audible during daytime working hours. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling.

The Palms was very clean. Room 212 was clean the pools was cleans. Elevators was quick never had to wait. Rooms was spacious and beds was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed plus more and a icemaker as well. Had a great stay.

There not a front office to go to if you needing anything. While checking in our room was been worked on by maintenance (which was not in the room at the time we we checked in). We was never contacted by anyone to let us know. There was two plug in the kitchen that was out of the wall and wires hanging out of the wall and we had no power. The maintenance guy did come in with new GFI plug but didn't work so he just put black tape over where the plugs went. It took me like three trying with booking and got hung up on ever time they put me on hold. Finally got a text from the managing property. We got it all worked out in the end. How ever I think that could have been prevented if there was a office on the property to go to doe issue.

The location was the best part. Right on the beach, a couple minutes to the grocery store, and nearby restaurants and shops. The mattresses and furniture are in need of an upgrade. The main bedroom mattress sinks in the middle. The kitchen is very minimal. Not even salt and pepper are provided. Be prepared to buy everything except plates, spoons, and pans. The host is slow to respond, but they do fix issues when they respond the next day. My family had a nice time.
