KITCHEN & DINING In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook up your favorite recipes. Black granite countertops provide ample space for food preparation. There’s plenty of storage, and a full suite of appliances includes a dishwasher and an electric range. When you’re ready to serve, gather at the dining table set for four. BEDROOMS & BATHS Located on the ground floor, this condo sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. In the tranquil master suite, you’ll find a king-size bed, a 49” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom configured with a tub/shower combination. The second guest room is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom contains two twin-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom, fully stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and bathroom amenities, includes a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy the fresh air from the comfort of the screened porch. There’s a charcoal grill for barbecuing, and three intimate tables for two seat up to six guests. Enjoy access to the communal pool, a gazebo, and fishing ponds. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private washer/dryer. Designated outdoor parking for two vehicles. RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on-site. This is a pet-friendly unit (dogs under 50 pounds ). All pets must be leashed when outside. Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool common area. Please keep the community pristine and pick up after your fur baby. Be mindful of neighbors and keep barking to a minimum, especially during quiet hours. Violators will be asked to board their pet if barking is excessive or there are noise complaints. This property has a strict pet policy and those not in compliance will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. Due to HOA requirements, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old to reserve this property. THE LOCATION Drive 2 miles to the Wharf at Orange Beach, a family-friendly shopping, dining, and entertainment district. Attractions include arcades, theaters, mini-golf, ziplining, a marina, an amphitheater, and one of the tallest Ferris Wheels on the Gulf Coast. Don’t miss the Spectra Sound & Light Spectacular! Private back patio was a great place to relax without having mosquitoes or bugs all around. The master bedroom was wonderful and had the cutest barn door on the bathroom. 10/10 will definitely be coming back. Plenty of room for sleeping and the beds were so cozy

Close to a lot of things and places to eat . Close to the beach . Very clean and comfortable . Secluded and private . We loved our stay here and the kids enjoyed the pool
