We loved the location and the condo itself. Incredible views in this corner unit. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out with it's views, surf sounds, ocean breeze and dining table. We overall enjoyed our stay.

Concerns: Avari was extremely difficult to communicate with via messages on the VRBO site. They used AI with a bank of responses that were NOT helpful. There was no number listed to speak with anyone in person, requiring us to dig for more information. Once I connected with someone by phone at the Avari office in Orange Beach office, they could not find our reservation, causing us concern. I believe that Avari /Vacasa and Airbnb do not communicate well with each other. I spent hours on the phone and computer trying to clear up ID verification and other requested information. I finally gave up and just hoped that we would be able to check in. I've never had problems with Airbnb before and place our concerns on the management group.

The bedding and towels were all used and in dissaray with stains. Nothing was cleaned and there was not any cleaning items in the room for us to attempt to clean the room and do the laundry to retain our reservation, although we should not have to even do that.

Security at the condo laughed and noted this company is known for their horrible service and this is not the first time. We spent 1.5 hrs attempting to get in touch with someone to resolve. First called vasari who initially confirmed the reservation with airbnb, they advised they are no longer the property owners. We then got in touch with avari but not using the number provided from airbnb as nobody answered that number.

We spent 31 minutes speaking with Avari as he attempting to connect with the property owners and he kept putting us on hold. I finally advised we demand a refund and will be going elsewhere. Due to a lack of follow up from Avari we partnered with Airbnb for a refund.
