The unit is old but nice. Needed a lot of repairs. Two TV's had no cable service connectd, master toilet whistled loudly when flushed, guest bedroom fan was very noisy, utility room light didn't work, broken chair on the deck. Local staff fixed most items, but unit needs work.

Prior reviews did not lie. This condo has everything you need like at home. Coffee pot is not Keurig pod pot, but works fine. Bring you a blanket because the AC works well and the bedspread is more like a thick sheet. Beds are comfortable and 3 bed rooms and 3 full baths allow for 3 separate couples to enjoy their own areas. Right on the beach. Corner unit with a wraparound balcony allows for great views of the gulf.
