This is a shopper's paradise, with dozens of unique beach boutiques and major shopping complexes. Two popular shopping destinations are the shops at Tanger Outlets, situated just north of the beach, as well as The Wharf in Orange Beach, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. For those who want to slow things down a bit, numerous day spas in the area are ready to help you relieve stress with massages, facials, and salon services sure to make your vacation feel extra lavish. If digging into nature is on the agenda, visit the backcountry trails, go kayaking or canoeing, and explore the Gulf State Park or Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. Things to Know All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant. ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY Beginning 9/2025 through 5/20/2026. Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work. All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below. As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests. This project on selected units can be characterized as a “must do” item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected.

I loved how spacious the condo is. The views are great too! My only complaint is the squeaky beds, and needs new patio furniture. Also we contacted about the refrigerator's ice maker not working. No one ever responded to our request. Also the stand only icemaker was very dirty and needs work. We did not use it at all. We went and bought our own ice.

The condo was very clean and also very spacious! The staff at the service desk was very polite and offered any assistance, if we needed it. Being able to park in the parking deck on the same floor of the condo was another positive experience! We do hope that anyone’s future stay is a positive and enjoyable experience as our stay! We will definitely be back!

There were a couple issues but we're fixed immediately. Enjoyed ourselves (4adults, 2children) so much last time we went back to same location and unit. Only thing the place needs is some new vertical blind slats and a couple new non stick pans/ skillet.
