Things to Know The Palms condominium will be under construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Construction workers and equipment will be on site during this time period. Dust will also be airborne during work involving grinding and drilling. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. 10/10. We booked it the same day (around 1 pm) we arrived. We had a major ice storm at home and wanted to escape the frozen temps. With little preparation time - the rental owners made it happen. They got me all my info and when we got there at 11pm - everything was perfect. Entry and directions were super easy. We all crashed in the comfy beds and woke up to the beach instead of ice. It was perfect. The furniture is comfortable. Well stocked unit. Views - couldn’t get any better. Kids used the indoor pool daily. We were close enough to get where ever we wanted quickly. But not in a the highly congested areas and I love that. There ain’t a single negative I can come up with for this unit. Do it. You won’t regret it.

We loved the condo. The balcony and location are among the best around. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. The space was a great size. The furniture was comfortable. We contacted the renter for a minor issue and it was addressed immediately. I'm hoping I can come back.

I go to the beach frequently, sometimes 5 trips per year. First time to stay here! I will say the views are amazing along with the balcony! Great for the price but the kitchen is way under stocked.

We have been staying at The Palms for about 6 years. We stayed in several different units but when we walked into unit 216 we agreed this is where we want to stay from now on. Loved everything about it.

Super nice place. Spacious rooms, wonderful balcony, lovely view. My only complaint, and the reason it’s not 5 stars, is that it was lacking some kitchen essentials. A pizza pan, can opener, spatula, oven mitts, etc. We actually had to go out and buy a can opener and spatula because we needed them for a couple of meals we made. Also, the dryer needs more than 1 cycle to dry. Otherwise, the place was great! Just bring the kitchen utensils you’ll need on your stay!
