Walked in and the stench hit us like a brick wall. Nearly unbearable, musty/moldy smell. Toilets had brown splatters and hairs. Stained chairs and comforters. Messaged Avari as soon as we got there about the smell and they never corrected the issue. We also had no parking passes which were required for the lot. Finally, they mistakenly gave us a list with everyone that was staying with Avari including their names, the dates, the room#, and the code to their room. Insanely unsafe.

10/10. We booked it the same day (around 1 pm) we arrived. We had a major ice storm at home and wanted to escape the frozen temps. With little preparation time - the rental owners made it happen. They got me all my info and when we got there at 11pm - everything was perfect. Entry and directions were super easy. We all crashed in the comfy beds and woke up to the beach instead of ice. It was perfect. The furniture is comfortable. Well stocked unit. Views - couldn’t get any better. Kids used the indoor pool daily. We were close enough to get where ever we wanted quickly. But not in a the highly congested areas and I love that.
There ain’t a single negative I can come up with for this unit. Do it. You won’t regret it.

We loved the condo. The balcony and location are among the best around. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. The space was a great size. The furniture was comfortable. We contacted the renter for a minor issue and it was addressed immediately. I'm hoping I can come back.

I go to the beach frequently, sometimes 5 trips per year. First time to stay here! I will say the views are amazing along with the balcony! Great for the price but the kitchen is way under stocked.
