The location of this property was great, and that’s honestly the main reason I’m giving it any stars at all. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the very high price point.

One of the reasons we booked this rental was because it advertised a washer/dryer (“W/D” is even in the title). When we arrived, the washer was broken. I reported it the first night and was told someone would come fix it the next day, but no one ever showed up, and there was zero follow-up communication for the rest of our stay. We were there multiple nights and never had access to this advertised amenity.

For a property at this price level, I expect basic amenities to work and, at minimum, clear communication when something goes wrong. Neither happened here.

If this were a more budget-friendly rental, it might be easier to overlook, but at $650+ per night, it simply wasn’t worth the cost given the issues and lack of responsiveness.

This is a great place to stay. We just finished our second vacation at this home. The kitchen has all the gadgets you need. There was plenty of extra towels and linens. The home was clean.

Clean but not as expected for what we paid and could use some repairs. Place looks well kept but don’t look close… door knobs broken, all glass doors were cracked, foundation is settling and tiles have cracked. The furniture is comfortable but hard to get in to the house with the code not working to the door then the main door lock was broken so the key didn’t work easily.

pro.
kitchen well stocked with pots and pans: dishes bowls cups plates etc.
toaster, crockpot, drip coffee pot, tea kettle to boil water, sharp knives, full set of silverware, wine openers various other utensils. spatulas, large spoons, peeler, whisk,
deck very spacious, outside table if you want to eat outdoors, easy access to beach, unobstructed view of beach/ocean.

cons:
no facial tissues
some cockroaches, visable only at night
can't drive right up to the house, have to walk through 60 feet of sand. do Not drive up to the house you'll get stuck.
kitchen is devoid of any food stuffs, no coffee filters.
only one package of laundry soap
