Batteries in the remotes that worked. Handle on the primary toilet needed fixed.

This beach home was well worth it! We had private access to bay side beach and quick walk to the ocean side. We saw all sorts of birds, fish, and dolphins and couldn’t beat the nightly view of the sunset from our deck. Very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Stunning bay front scenery with a secluded, private beach atmosphere. Short walk across the street to the ocean front beach. The only drawback was feeling the home sway as others walk throughout. Other than that it’s a great location & getaway.

I thought it was well priced for the location, house does sway a bit from being on stilts. Other than some broken deck chairs that haven't been replaced I have no complaints. We enjoyed our time there and wouldn't hesitate to return.
