Charming, clean and welcoming home situated on the peaceful bayside. Walking distance to beach. Upper and lower decks were perfect for gathering and enjoying the landscape and sunsets. Owners thought of everything we might need including extra beach chairs and an outdoor shower. We loved our stay and hope to come back next summer!

We had an amazing trip, Hip Nautic exceeded our expectations! Nicely appointed and a well stocked kitchen (grill, ninja blender, multiple coffee pots,etc.) upon arrival the check in process was simple, it was very clean, bedrooms were sizable, beds were comfortable!! Absolute perfect!!

We had a fantastic time, and the property was beyond our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and so well appointed. The property manager was wonderful and very helpful. Everyone in our family said it was the best family vacation ever, and we all wanted to stay longer. I can't think of anything that would be an improvement - it was just fabulous!

From the moment we put our belongings away and unpacked our groceries, we felt totally relaxed. We needed a location that would provide a peaceful atmosphere and the beauty of the island. The space was exceptional for gathering, but allowed plenty of opportunity for private time as needed.

The property itself is gorgeous. It sits near the water with its own little lagoon. We actually caught crabs there and ate them for dinner. The kitchen is well-equipped with items in the pantry (foods and spices) and there were plenty of plates, utensils, and cookware for at least 12 people.

The living, dining, and bedroom areas are spacious and beautifully decorated. Plus, every part of the house was immaculately clean. Best of all, the mattresses were very comfortable. We are older, so sleeping well is very important to us.

We spent most of our time on the porch because of the beautiful view of the bay. The deck provided shade to comfortably sit outside as well as plenty of space to sit in the sun with lots of comfortable seating and lounging furniture.

We really enjoyed just taking in the peaceful environment with our family. The space under the house is concrete, which makes a huge difference when coming in from the sand. You can hose off your feet or use the huge outdoor shower.

We cannot recommend this house enough. We enjoyed making our own meals, grilling outside, listening to music, walking on the beach, sleeping in, and feeling at home. We plan to keep going back every year. We already have our reservations for June, and we are so excited!

The house is beautiful! The views were mind blowing! There was more than enough room for all of us. The house was well stocked - they thought of everything. TV's with streaming in every bedroom. The rooms were much larger than we expected. The kitchen was awesome as were the bathrooms. There was nothing at all to complain about. I was able to communicate with Vacasa via text and they replied back right away! Absolutely will vacation with Vacasa again!
