I can't say enough about the location of this house! The access to the private beach on the sound side was just perfect. We sat our chairs on the sound side and were able to enjoy the sun, listen to music, and play fetch with our dog. The gulf is just a short walk across the street, but once we discovered the private beach on the sound side, we didn't feel the need to go anywhere else! TVs in every room and loved the bunk bed area with the packman machine! Also, the grill worked great! I will def. come back to this wonderful house again. Thank you!

A few things were cracked. But that’s expected when you have rentals. Everything worked we enjoyed our stay. Love to be able to see the gulf and the bay.

This house was perfect and in the perfect location! There was plenty of space for everyone which was important for us for our teenage kids. Also, being on the bay was perfect for our toddler grandson. The short walk across the street for the gulf made it the perfect location to enjoy both sides for everyone! Would definitely book again!
