Our stay started with a rough start. With the management company accusing us of being at the wrong property and being to early. When in fact they had given us the wrong code. That i had to wait on hold for 15 min for. The property is what you pay for in this instance. I still believe the price is to high for this home. Broken things all over the home, from bed frames to a knob on the stove. The picnic table outside had a huge piece of wood and nails on it. Trash was also all around the grounds. Its just dirty outside. The pictures are what the home looked like maybe 10 yrs ago. The area was beautiful. We loved all that. We will be back..but not going through this rental company or this home.

This is basically what you would expect -- shoreline, on Dauphine Island, huge house with lots of bedrooms, nice kitchen. It works. It is a bit more outdated and worn than the photos suggest, but it is still clean, spacious, and functional. A "for sale" sign went up on the yard right when we pulled up. It is managed by a vacation home company, and therefore impersonal, without response to questions.
