I would not rent with this company again. The house itself was nice and in a good location; we love the island. The rental company is very cheap/stingy with their amenities. For a week stay, they provided 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, .5 oz of dish soap, 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 trash bag. Ok if you know what to pack for – not so nice if you need to travel to the grocery store for extra items as the only local grocery store is expensive. There were 4 chairs and beach toys provide that seemed to be left by previous guests.
Keurig for k-cups and regular coffee machine are provided. You’ll need to bring the coffee filters and coffee.

This may very well be the best view on the island —- seeing the sunset on both the gulf and the bay-sides! The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfy, and the screened porch and family room are spacious!
