This two-story retreat has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind, with a location near Indian Shell Mound Park and Audubon Bird Sanctuary. The first level of the home is where you'll find the main living space along with a laundry room and all the bedrooms (four) and bathrooms (three). The living room's decor is simple, yet enchanting. It has light blue and white touches throughout, two recliners, a sofa, and a loveseat in front of a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. If you were planning on having a series marathon this is the place to be. The chef of the group won't believe it when they see the kitchen. It's spacious and fully equipped to make cooking a breeze. You'll have gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, French door fridge, coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, and more! It also features an island and a breakfast bar with two high stools. Right off the kitchen is the dining area with a gorgeous six-person dining table. This level offers access to front and back decks, each one with its own charm. The front deck has a picnic table along with a handful of chairs and the back deck has a small dining area and overlooks the enclosed yard. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy family room with a c-shaped sofa, an armchair, a small desk, and a flatscreen Smart TV with cable. THINGS TO KNOW Please note there are steps to enter the home.

This was an amazing beach house. Only a 1 block easy walk to the beach. We did have some issues with the HVAC keeping up on hot days. Set on 70 and the house wouldn’t get below 77 until early morning. We called Vacasa 2 times. The first time they had a technician there in an hour. Both times the tech said the unit was running fine. The second time one of the property managers was with the tech. I believe his name was Trent and he was an absolute joy to talk too. He represents Vacasa very well and should be commended for his professionalism and courtesy. The only other issue was roaches. I know all beach houses have them, but this time seemed quite a bit more than we usually encounter. One was even in the bed one night. Even though there was spray under the sink, I highly recommend putting some glue traps out. The high point for us was the fenced in doggie area as we were traveling with our two dogs. They loved it and so did we. Overall I highly recommend this company and the location and we plan to book it again soon. We donated a couple of books to the house and a new beach chair to add to the others there for future guests to enjoy.

My family of 9 stayed in this beautiful home. The house is very spacious and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is stocked with every pot, pan or utensil tou could ever need. However, please know there aren't ANY spices in the kitchen. You need to bring your spice cabinet with you. With that being said, we would still stay here again in a heartbeat.
