Property was fine and met our needs. However furnishings were not as advertised - 4 beds advertised but only 3 provided. Also locking arrangements not as advertised and wrong access code provided but we managed

This is a large 2-story townhouse located in the hills of Incline Village. The decor is nice and the unit has all of the basic amenities except for air conditioning. We visited Tahoe during a heat wave, so this was problematic, but they did provide fans. Although the unit was clean, the beds were really hard. We also had a hard time getting into the unit because the instructions they sent were inaccurate (referencing a key pad that didn't exist). When we called, we were told to go to another unit, but that one was already occupied. When we called again, we waited for a good 15 minutes for them to sort everything out and send us back to the original unit with different instructions. Apparently, the system sends out automatic emails that they hadn't updated. Given that it was 10pm at night, this was highly problematic. Although they did resolve the issue in the end, this is what you get when dealing with a large rental company instead of the owner.
