Outfitted with a gas grill and a picnic table, the front deck is perfect for alfresco meals. The basketball hoop in the driveway is a bonus. The spacious fenced yard offers a peaceful oasis with alfresco dining, two hammocks, and solar lanterns.

Drive less than four miles to El Dorado Beach or about three and a half to Heavenly Mountain Resort. Powerline Trail is one mile away. Find food and fun nearby in South Lake Tahoe and Stateline.

Kick back on the queen sofa bed in the living area and log in to Netflix on the smart TV. You'll also find an electronic dartboard. The kitchen is appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Share peaceful morning meals at the breakfast table.

Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom with an = adjacent bathroom. One guest bedroom boasts a private balcony with two armchairs.

This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Due to heavy ice sliding from the roof this winter, it is not safe for occupants or dogs to enter the backyard.
The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
