Showcasing a host of upgrades and high-end finishes, the three-bedroom interior features a two-story layout with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. The kitchen boasts gleaming countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances equipped for home cooking, plus a dishwasher for quick cleanup. The dining table accommodates at-home meals with seating for six. Happy hour entertainment awaits in the game parlor complete with a six-person poker table and wall-mounted Connect4. In the evenings, cozy up around the gorgeous gas fireplace for shows and movies on the smart TV. THINGS TO KNOW Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Due to life-threatening allergies to dogs, pets are not permitted on the property.

clean and well equipped house. Only issue we had was related to the gas oven which could have resulted in a safety concern, however this is now solved and shouldn’t affect any future customer

We enjoyed the living area, kids loved the connect 4 game and the game table for cards and board games. Master room was super spacious and comfortable. The guest bedroom beds were nice, but very firm. The house was pretty loud. Floors creaked a lot, but we still still enjoyed it very much. Overall a great time for the family and very smooth access and departure. We would stay again, but might be difficult with 2 families unless you are pretty close as the second bathroom is downstairs. Caution: water is VERY HOT and will burn you if you turn it all the way up without realizing it.

My 4-day stay at Sierra Nevada Serenity was excellent from start to finish. Entering the property was seamless with the easy key-code system, and I immediately noticed how impeccably clean every room and common space was, making the home feel welcoming and well cared for. The amenities truly enhanced the experience—soaking in the spotless hot tub after a day out was a highlight, the fully outfitted kitchen had everything needed for cooking full meals, and the high-speed internet and smart television worked perfectly for both relaxation and entertainment. The property was also simple to locate and just a short drive from town, restaurants, and all the main tourist sites, offering the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings with convenient access. Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped, and stress-free retreat that I would gladly return to.
