The place is much bigger than it appears in the pictures and very functional for groups. There is a large kitchen, a spacious living room, two large dining tables upstairs, and a game room downstairs, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out. The three fireplaces kept us warm and cozy, and the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but is still very centrally located—only about 7-8 minutes from the CA base, restaurants and grocery stores. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. A huge added bonus was getting plenty of snow here while CO and UT were dry.

Having this beautiful home after the things listed in this survey that we could have our kids and our dog and enjoy the beauty and everything of South Lake Tahoe! I’ll be back and if this house is available will rent it!

This property worked well for our group of 11 family members. The hot tub, pool table and proximity to the slopes was great. The service was responsive to our needs, as well. Overall it was a good experience.
