Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Although it did not have the most modern finishes this condo was very clean and everything was in working order. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, including a full sized coffee pot! If you didn’t already notice from the pics it’s worth noting that it only has a mini fridge. We already had a cooler with us so we just used that for our groceries that didn’t fit in the fridge. The community is SO WELL maintained and even though it’s an older community everything is clean and fresh. This condo is located in the lodge which is a few minutes walk to the beach and fire pits and BBQs, but it’s a pleasant stroll through the condos on a well lit and maintained path. This particular unit is RIGHT ON Lake Tahoe Blvd and the traffic noise is LOUD!!! For the price though there had to be some catch because everything else was great!
