I love everything about our stay. It was very pleasant and peaceful. Everything seemed to be cleaned only thing is the bathroom smelled a little like mildew. Other than that, it was great.

We got married on 4th of July at Heavenly’s Lakeview Lodge and wanted a place with a full kitchen and extra beds for my bridesmaids to spend the night before with me. We had stayed at Lakeland Village 3-4 times prior to the Vacasa takeover, and I was a little nervous about if things would change from what we knew, but this place and our stay was perfect. If you haven’t stayed here before, the location is perfect. We could walk to Heidi’s for bfast, CVS, safeway (groceries), and the beach! We could Uber/Lyft/LakeLink to Heavenly Village with ease and even walked it twice. VanSickle Bi-State Park was a great hike right near the Village. In the unit itself, the King with a master bath and 2 Queen bedroom are downstairs (bathroom across the hall), and the 2 twins are in the loft over the upstairs kitchen. Upstairs it can get warm, but the downstairs bedrooms stayed cool even without AC. Upstairs, there is a ceiling fan and the owner also provided a standing fan which helped keep things cool! Great cross breeze from all the windows! Thankfully Tahoe doesn’t get hot hot or humid, and we remained comfortable the entire time. The kitchen was fantastic, we were able to cook almost all our meals and the dishwasher made cleaning up a breeze. The extra garbage bags and small cleaning ‘starter kit’ let us keep dishes and counters tidy. There were TONS of extra linens and towels, which I LOVED having access to! The Tahoe-themed decor was adorable and made the stay feel even more special. Being able to directly access the door from the parking lot was another huge benefit. We weren’t lugging our bags and my dress up and down an elevator or hallways. Despite it being a holiday weekend we were always able to find a parking space! The only downsides would be (had to search to find any): -All the bathrooms are on the first floor, so anyone staying in the loft has to do 2 flights of stairs to get to the bathroom -The downstairs bedrooms can hear creaks from anyone walking above -Keypad code was 10 digits long - No vacuum HOWEVER, we still LOVED our stay and will absolutely be back again. Thank you!!!
