Bring binoculars for the view! I didn't use them but there is a pool and two hottubs. I just had too much fun at The Bay Haven and spending time with my Newport friends. Eat at Szabos and/or Clearwater.

There were many things we loved about this condo. The location, the view and the home amenities were great! We were disappointed with the cleanliness though. Many of the dishes, utensils and cutting boards were totally filthy. There was a sauce pan with food stuck to the bottom, a greasy bowl with food stuck to it and the cutting board was completely soiled. There was also a half smoked cigarette in the nightstand. On the plus side, the king size bed is really comfortable. Also, Having Roku was a lifesaver for my kids. The condo had everything we needed. Despite the cleanliness issues I would stay here again.
