This is such a cozy, wonderful, well equipped, and well located rental. It’s actually quite romantic in the living room with the fireplace, the wonderful wood paneling, and very cozy furniture. Entering the property was very easy, the location is perfect about a block away from the main Road in Manzanita, yet very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this property 100%. We will definitely book this location again.

It’s a classic funky Oregon beach house. Overall no complaints with the house aside from the slightly uncomfortable mattress in the blue bedroom. It sags in the middle and probably needs replacing soon, but it wasn’t the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It would probably be ok for a single person, but for a couple it was not ideal. You can’t beat the location of this house, it’s walking distance to literary everything in y—shops, restaurants, the beach. Very convenient. My only real complaint is not with the house but with Vacasa, vacationer beware: Vacasa has a policy of only providing “starter” paper goods in their houses which for this stay apparently meant exactly three tissues and a partial roll of toilet paper. So be prepared to bring your own or buy some.
