Two sunlit floors present and a bonus loft provide ample room to both relax and entertain. Outside, enjoy beautiful landscaping with a large, sunny deck with views, or make your way to the spacious concrete patio with an accommodating picnic table perfect for outside entertainment! On the main level, you'll find an open floor plan with gorgeous bamboo floors, a cozy wood-burning stove, and an immaculate kitchen with a breakfast bar, fitted with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cookware. Dine together at the six-person table with views of the forest, mountains, and peeks of the ocean! On the lower level, you'll discover another updated living space with a entertainment system equipped with apple tv and electric fireplace. The lower floor also has a bright and updated bedroom, two bathrooms, and a laundry room! In the bonus 'play loft' you'll find a space perfect for younger guests with two nooks with twin beds and a TV area with an oversized bean bag. Added perks of this family-friendly haven include a twin futon sleeper, highchair, pack n’ play, beach chairs and gear, books, games, a record player with records, WiFi, and more! This was a great house especially for a couple families with a gaggle of kids. The upstairs and downstairs living rooms were wonderful for a rainy day of indoor activities. The beds were comfy. The loft area was a good bonus for a couple of the kiddos. The treed deck and peek a boo view of the ocean and the quiet neighborhood were just what we needed. The only slightly negative was actually accessing the house upon arrival. Note, the main entrance is on Floral (which is a gravel road and looks a bit like a driveway) not Greenridge. That's the side of the house where there is easy parking for three cards and easy access to the house via the 2nd floor deck. We really enjoyed our visit!!

The house was very nice and clean. We met family there for Thanksgiving. We Trip the circuit on Thanksgiving morning. The electrical panel was in a locked room and we could not access it the reset it. It was disappointing to have a kitchen with no lights or outlets that worked. Then the morning we left, the dishwasher quit working. Other than that, the house was great.

Short walk to the beach (5-10 min) and same distance to the Manzanita shops & restaurants. I loved the 2nd floor living area & deck. It felt like we were in a treehouse. Furnishings were modern & in good condition. Lots of hang out spaces for kids. Enjoyed the record player & what a fun collection of old music:) We took day trips to Cannon Beach & Oswald State Park. Did not make it to Nehalem Bay because we ran out of time, but I would love to come stay in this house again.
