Overview

Get away to the coast in this barn-style home with rustic touches throughout! Gorgeous pine accents throughout the interior walls, a wood stove, along with colorful furnishings set the tone for a fun vacation (try to find the painting of the different whales!). Outside you will find a great deck area with plenty of seating, a fire pit for added warmth, and a gas grill for BBQs. Feel free to bring the family dog along!

The house is centrally located, just one block from downtown and one-tenth of a mile away. Head two blocks north to Laneda Avenue, where guests will find plenty of shops, wine tasting, and numerous dining options. Manzanita Links (just over half a mile away) provides a fun nine-hole course close to the shore.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This place was incredible!!! I am eager to rebook soon and to bring more people to experience this incredible home. It is not often you can tell a home on Airbnb has real love in it. This place was cute, warm, cozy, and had so many little details for our comfort. Well stocked kitchen, great local recommendations, and a gorgeous location.

Listen, location is great, walkable to the beach. The house is clean, perfect size, and organized. My biggest issue is that the home states it has air conditioning which I used in my search field to compare like homes. When we go to the home, it was on a warm day (nice for the beach! ) which caused the home to be uncomfortably warm. I immediately reached out using the email here on Airbnb asking where the air conditioning was as we couldn't find the unit on the wall. I got a reply that someone would reach out to me to help but no one called me. We spent the first night there sweating our night away with the sheets pulled off of us. Not the best experience at all when we could have chosen a similar location, similar price, with the air conditioning that was promised. Need to remove "air conditioning" from list of amenities and change pricing to reflect this. Or remedy the situation immediately with a portable unit or offer refund. None of which took place.

What an amazing home!
LOCATION IS AMAZING.
Walk to the beach, coffee, restaurants and more.
This was our first trip with a 14 month old and the house was perfect with minimal hazards.
Can’t believe how perfect the location was. We are already talking about coming back again.

Lots of comfy seating, beds were great, awesome extra linens.
