For the price you should consider putting the home through a refresh. New paint and carpet would be a positive. Also, I don’t think the windows in the upstairs have ever been cleaned on the outside since it was built. Overall though a nice place that could be great.

Decent house, but housekeeping staff needs to wash linens, pillows, blankets much more often. And change that disgusting

Second time in two years we've stayed here.
The Cons:
- Upstairs carpet is (still) horrible. Buckling in all rooms and hallway and exposed tackboard in bathroom entry snagged my toe.
- The living room light switch was broken-no living room lights. How does that get through inspection?
- Outside windows full of old dirty cobwebs and pretty gross.

Pros:
- Interior of the house was spotless. We found zero cleanliness issues. Super clean! Cheers to the cleaning staff!
- Plenty of space in the house. House is cozy, nice (ignoring upstairs carpet), with great floorplan.
- Management was responsive to light switch issue and replaced on Monday.
- Very quiet and great location. Easy walk to beach across street or golf course.

We'll likely return, but please fix that carpet!

We meet up with 7 other families for a family reunion and all of us were traveling from other states. We were so happy with the accommodations for my family of 6. The location was just 1/2 mile from Manzanita, an easy walk or drive!
We hope to visit again!
