Overview

This beautifully decorated Sunriver home is located near Fort Rock Park, and a short drive from Bend and Mt. Bachelor. It has a private hot tub, eight SHARC passes, and room for up to six guests.

The main living area hosts an extremely well-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops, and a dining room with seating for six. The living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. If you want to check email, log onto the WiFi. The one master bedroom in this home has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan operated with a remote control, and a lovely master bathroom with dual vanity sinks.

There is a queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third room, providing room for up to six. These two bedrooms share a full-size hall bath, and there's a private washer and dryer. The deck has a gas barbecue, bubbling new hot tub, and deck furniture.

Venture down to the Village at Sunriver for music, ice-skating, mini golf, shopping, restaurants, and more! You'll love hot afternoons spent swimming, picnicking, or playing sports at SHARC.

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the well-equipped kitchen, living room with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV, dining area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the private hot tub on the deck, perfect for relaxation. Guests also have access to eight SHARC passes, offering entry to SHARC for swimming, picnicking, and sports. Additionally, guests can utilize the gas barbecue and deck furniture. The property includes free parking in the garage. Please note that access to SHARC is subject to their rules and regulations.

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Included with your stay are eight SHARC passes, providing access to the SHARC facilities. Overall we had a good time, nice property.

Nice and clean, well stocked and centrally located. Provided bikes and SHARC passes.

Would have liked King bed in master. No TV for first three days. Management Company slow to respond to TV issue. When we did hear from the management company, Patrica was very helpful and furnished us with a Roku. No cable channels as advertised or lake view!

Great house in a great location! We had 6 people and it felt just about right for space.Kitchen was great size and fully stocked for all our cooking needs. Property Management was great! Would highly recommend.Little things that I would say are definitely not a deal breaker but could make a stay better.*There was not many dish towels or dishwashing soap. Stayed for 5 days and there was one towel and 2 pods for the dishwasher. We made a lot of food at home so I was running the dishwasher every night. I ended up buying pods to use.*Not sure if this matters to anyone but there were only 2 helmets for the 7 bikes that were there. I am assuming they were for the smaller mountain bikes, probably kid size since you only need a helmet if you are under 16, but if you are a helmet wearing group, just make sure to bring your own or know that you will need to rent some.*TV’s are a little on the old side. We stayed during the World Cup and could not screen cast in the living room. Ended up in the biggest bedroom with probably the newest TV. Spent way too much time trying to figure out why it wasn’t working.Overall, this is a great house and exactly what we were expecting. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who wanted to stay in Sunriver!

The house itself was perfect. Everything was clean and organized. I think the hot tub could have used some chlorine and more water, but I didn't pick the house for the hot tub so wasn't a big issue, but it would have been nice to relax in it after skiing. Overall, I would definitely stay in this house again.
