You'll be able to walk to the Village at Sunriver, so you'll have access to many conveniences like shops and restaurants. Grab a latte and a scone at Hot Lava Baking & Coffee, then reserve a whitewater trip at Sun Country Tours. Back at the condo, step into modern comfort and feel yourself start to unwind in your new home, which boasts tasteful, upscale furnishings and decor. Sink into the plush sectional or the classic leather chair in the living room. Mark the beginning of your vacation with your favorite beverage and a movie on the large flat screen cable TV. With the in-house DVD and VHS library, you'll have plenty of options. In the winter, crank up the fireplace and get toasty while you watch the snow fall through the sliding doors that lead to the patio. And in the summer, stay nice and cool with the central air conditioning. When it's mealtime, use the WiFi to find new recipes for the delicious meals you'll make in the well-equipped kitchen. With beautiful stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space, meal prep is made easy. And you can get back to the fun after you load up the dishwasher and let it do the rest of the work. If you're a summer visitor, chances are, you'll want to take advantage of the gas grill on the patio, then dine al fresco in your lovely forested surroundings. No vehicle may be parked in the street. Any vehicle found in violation of these restrictions is subject to towing by the Association at rental guest's expense. Perfect place for a family

We stayed here and were able to have family close by on a street over at an additional property. This was a great place for a first time visit to this area. Our middle school age kids as they were able to walk or ride bikes easily to the village and SHARC. The house is well set up and decorated nicely. Great room upstairs that creates a second area for kids to hang out and game at night. A sweet touch was a Good Night Oregon book along with other lovely books on Oregon. You are right on the bike path so there are people walking near by all day. Now that I know the area if I could have this house with a view of a meadow it would be extra perfect. Wonderful for young families and first time visitors.
