Home in Yachats, Oregon

While you’re there

Check out some of our favorite parts of Yachats. Sourced from our local teams who live there.

Luna Sea Fish House

Iconic fisherman-owned restaurant serving fish caught on their own boat. The best halibut and chips on the central coast.

Ona Restaurant & Lounge

Upscale, refined coastal dining with a covered oceanfront patio. Crab cakes, fresh oysters, and seasonal fish are the stars.

Big Dog BBQ

Down-to-earth, locally owned and operated food truck serving delicious slow smoked BBQ with its own PNW twist.

The Drift Inn Hotel and Restaurant

Downtown’s historic anchor with live music, a heated patio with a koi pond, and an eclectic menu. Marionberry pie is a must.

Green Salmon Coffee Company

Hip and funky café with excellent coffee and breakfast, a vegan-friendly menu, and whimsical tarot-card-themed tables.

Dream Machine Coffee

Tiny and perfect espresso bar serving Coava beans. Portland-quality coffee in a cozy downtown setting.

Beach Street Kitchen

Scratch-made breakfast and brunch with thoughtful ingredients. Dog-friendly patio and the town’s best French toast.

Adobe Restaurant and Lounge

Oceanfront dining with some of the best sunset views in town. Clam chowder and shrimp and grits are favorites.

Thor’s Well

The jaw-dropping “drainpipe of the Pacific” at Cape Perpetua. Photograph it at high tide, but never turn your back on the ocean.

We had a great girls get away. The location was beautiful and access to the beach was easy and made for perfect daily walks.

This is a wonderful find! The location is incredible, and the home has unreal windows with true views right along the ocean. The yard is an enchanted meadow. And the beds were all extremely comfy!

The house was beautiful, clean, and uncluttered. The view was as good as it gets.
There was an issue with one of the automatic blinds that would not operate properly, but when I contacted them, they were extremely proactive and offered to come out the next day to replace it.
As seniors with a few mobility issues, we would have appreciated some sort of grab bars in the shower and especially the jacuzzi to help us stand up easier, but that certainly was not a deal breaker. However, my wife was unable to use it because of this. Also....and just for the record this was completely known and disclosed to us before we arrived, we would have liked to be able to park our car in the garage to save it from the salt air. Policy currently says guests must park in the driveway.
Avari Management gets a complete thumbs up, and gets 5 stars, I give the property 4.5 stars simply because of the issues described above.
All in all....a great home.
