I was worried seeing the reviews saying it was hard to get into the place and that the response time was slow, but we have ZERO problems, and they replied very quickly to us. The place was beautiful, the perfect distance from the beach, we were able to sleep 9 of us comfortably. Plus we got an excellent deal on the dates we wanted. I would DEFINITELY book here again. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed the location of this property and especially appreciated the easy walk to the beach.

Unfortunately, some issues that impacted our experience. Management was not upfront about the door code, and we had to make multiple phone calls to obtain access. The code that was eventually provided was incorrect. When we arrived, the home had been left unlocked, which was concerning for us as a traveling family with young children. We continued to experience problems with the door lock throughout our stay.

The WiFi appears to be connected through a network portal and frequently lost connection, making streaming and consistent internet use difficult.

The outdoor shower appeared damaged, which was unexpected given the price point of the rental. While we loved Fort Morgan and the property’s convenient location, we would likely choose a different rental in the future that offers a smoother check-in process, better maintenance, and a more reliable overall experience for a similar price.

Home was beautiful and just as described. The code we received for the door keypad was incorrect. What we received was the code for the key lock box next to the door and luckily figured that out to be able to use them for entry.
