See what guests are saying

Perched on the 11th floor with sweeping Gulf views, the condo's beachfront location, sunny balcony and easy ocean access are consistently praised. Guests highlight comfortable, well‑appointed spaces, a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, pool and tennis courts, quick elevator and gated parking, and generally spotless rooms. Management is responsive when issues arise, though a few guests noted occasional housekeeping and parking permit hiccups. Overall it's welcoming, convenient and ideal for families or couples.

Great location and amenities. Our view was beautiful. The sheets on the bed were too small and kept coming off the mattress. The jet bath tub was draining and would not hold water long. There was some confusion with the check in time. I received 2 messages stating there was an early check in time available and all we had to do was call the number to receive the code. I called and was transferred to several people and they stated they needed screenshots of the message etc. We ended up just waiting for the original check in time. Overall great trip and beautiful condo.

Avari response:

Thank you, Krystyn, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful view and the amenities during your stay. It sounds like you had a wonderful trip overall, which is what we aim for.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the bed sheets and the jet bath tub. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience it caused. We’ll definitely look into those issues to ensure a more comfortable experience for our future guests.

We also understand how frustrating the check-in confusion must have been. We strive for clear communication, and we’re sorry that this fell short during your stay. Your insights help us improve, and we’re grateful for your understanding.

We would love the opportunity to host you again in the future. Thank you for choosing Avari, and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Everything went great other than the gate code didn’t work

Avari response:

We truly understand how frustrating it can be when something like the gate code doesn’t work as it should. That’s definitely not the seamless experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We’re committed to ensuring our homes are comfortable and easy to access, and we’ll make sure to address this issue so future guests don’t encounter the same problem. We hope to welcome you back soon for another stay in Destin, where we can provide you with the hassle-free experience you deserve!
