Perched right alongside the bay in Pensacola Beach (accessible via a $1 toll bridge from Pensacola), this home is on the fourth floor of a condo complex. Please note there is no elevator at this location, though from the fourth floor you will certainly enjoy spectacular views of the surroundings! Bay beach access is just a few steps away, and the sandy shores of the gulf beach are right across the street. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is set up to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. While you're here you will enjoy all the comforts of home, including cable TV, a DVD player, WiFi access, and a private laundry room. Even better, you will have access to community amenities such as a charcoal grill area, pier, and a shared pool. Have a seat in the cozy living room and watch some TV, or gaze out the windows at the amazing views. A full kitchen has just about everything the chef in your group will need to prepare meals during your stay - simply stock up on fresh ingredients at one of the nearby markets. The first bedroom features a lovely queen-size bed, and the master bedroom offers a luxuriously large king-size bed, attached bathroom, and private balcony access. There's another bathroom accessible from the hallway, as well as an additional Sofa Bed in the living room that provides comfortable sleeping space for guests. This condo is a great size for a family, a few couples traveling together, or a small group of friends. Since the beach is so close and there are plenty of eateries and other businesses nearby, you won't have to go far to find everything you may need! House rules

Renters MAY NOT have pets on the premises. Musical instruments, stereos, tape and CD decks, radios or television will not be played between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 am in such a manner as to disturb others. Occupants are responsible for the acts of their children and guests. Each unit shall not sleep more than 6 people each night. Each renter is allowed two parking spaces only. Vehicles not identified with owner/visitor passes will be towed. If a vehicle is towed, you may contact Bayside Towing at (850) 932-2020. Every vehicle must have a parking pass. No glass bottles are allowed on the beach, pool, white sandy areas/man-made beaches, pier, or common areas. Please purchase cans. - No items may be left out on the beach, sandy white areas, or commons area overnight. Storage of canoes, kayaks, watercraft or any other items are allowed overnight. (Pensacola Beach Ordinance). If left, they will be removed from the property. Pool Rules- No glass or pets in the pool area. The use of the pool is strictly at swimmer’s own risk. Rules governing use of the facility are posted on site. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m.-10 p.m. Trash and garbage should be properly bagged and placed in dumpsters. No charcoal or gas grills are allowed on any balconies. Grills are not allowed to be used within 10 feet of a building. Towels or other objects may not be hung over balconies or stairways. Buoys are privately owned and not for public use.

Being on the 3rd floor (top) we had a beautiful view of the bay. We saw dolphins, rays and all kinds of birds. Couldn’t quite see the sunset but the sunset sky was pretty. It was a Nice two bedroom two bath, very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. This would also be a good stay for little ones. The bay and beach area was very nice.

Love this cozy little place. It's straight forward and tells you about all the stairs you have to climb to get to it. But it is so worth the view. On the cozy little private balcony overlooking the inlet. Beds are comfy and everything is clean and fresh.

We absolutely loved this place. It was very private. Perfect for a little couple getaway or a family vacation. We enjoyed sitting by the bay, listening to the waves at night, watching the sunset from the dock, and the sunrise from our balcony. We even saw some dolphins in the water. The jacuzzi bath tub was awesome. It was easy to get in our room also. We also enjoyed watching our favorite show on the smart tv when we were ready to wind down. It’s the perfect location. Close to everything. We will definitely plan on staying here again! Go ahead and book it. You won’t regret it!
