This gorgeous Gulf-front condo with a private balcony overlooking the water is the perfect home base for your dream vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for your home away from home, including pots and pans, utensils and dishes, and a coffee maker for sipping coffee and watching those beach sunrises. The whole home has been recently renovated with all new furniture. When you want to venture out, you can lounge by the pool, exercise in the water-side fitness area, or relax in the outdoor hot tub. And of course, enjoying the beautiful white sandy beach just steps away is all you need to slip into vacation mode. This condo is within a mile of Pier Park with its abundance of shopping and dining options. Many other renowned restaurants are located within five miles, and theme parks such as Wonderworks, Shipwreck Island, and Gulf World are a short drive away as well. Within the resort, there is a large infinity pool (heated seasonally), snack bar and grill (open seasonally), and beach service available at an additional fee! Plus, Aaron Bessant Amphitheater hosts a plethora of events year-round, so be sure to check out what is scheduled to be there during your stay! Great location, private access to pool, beach gym etc, staff was nice and super friendly. This is our second year staying here and we have loved it every single time.

Bed was in need of a new mattress. No hand soap, no spices. No fault of anyone. We were there in early August and the ocean was full of seaweed "June Grass" the water was nasty. We drove down the road to St. Andrews beach (a public beach) to find clear water.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and clean as well! View was incredible from our balcony. We loved it so much we extended our stay. This is our second stay at Sterling Breeze and we absolutely love it. The beach front isn’t as crowded in this area which is great for families! Can’t wait until next year!
