From the moment you enter this upscale, family-friendly condo you will find that all the hustle and bustle of the outside world will disappear. This centrally located condominium allows you to look out over the massive pools Edgewater boasts along with miles of sugar-white beaches and emerald gulf waters Panama City Beach has to offer. You'll have two large penthouse gulf-front balconies, with beach access on the first floor. Edgewater is centrally located within the heart of Panama City Beach. The complex itself is beautiful and offers a golf course, a full-service spa, 11 swimming pools, six reflecting ponds, four whirlpool spas, a Polynesian-style lagoon pool with waterfalls and islands within the pool itself, half a mile of private beach, water sports (jet ski, para-sail, banana boat, kayak, chartered boats), two oceanside restaurants and bars, gift shop and ice cream shop, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, live music and activities pool-side (summer only), and 24-hour security. The complex is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is a block from Shipwreck Island Water Park, walking distance to Rocket Lanes, and walking distance to local dining. THINGS TO KNOW Beach Chair Service rentals are available from March through October. (This is not included in your reservation cost.) A registration fee is required after booking and prior to check-in for access to resort amenities, wristbands, and one parking pass.

This was a nice spacious unit for our family if 4. The soapbox soaps, shampoo and conditioner was amazing. I didn’t even use my own stuff. Love staying at Edgewater. The facility is always very well kept and by far the best pool! Check in and parking pass pickup was a breeze.

The resort grounds were fantastic. Very clean, beautiful pools and nice store/arcade/restaurant on site. The unit could use some updates specifically the couch, squeeky bunk beds, toilets that didnt flush great, AC that wouldnt cool the lower bedroom, broke down couch, and poorly stocked kitchen tools/pans. But the price was low, and the "issues " were minor annoyances in the grand scheme. The location was beautiful and we would come again to the resort.
