Check out local attractions like Ripley's Believe it Or Not!, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, the M.B. Miller County Pier, and the ZooWorld Zoological Park, all less than two miles away. After a day of beach-combing and sandcastles, take the elevator up to easily access this 21st-floor vacation rental, then step inside to spread out in comfort and tranquility. Make your way into the sparkling, full kitchen, complete with a suite of stainless steel appliances, and whip up a delicious dinner to enjoy out on your furnished balcony or mix a refreshing drink at your wet bar. Sink into the sofa bed in the living area and stream your favorite movies and shows on the TV while the central air-conditioning keeps everyone nice and cool. When evening falls, get some friends together in the on-site hot tub then wrap up the night with a glass of wine back out on the balcony. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable. Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

I absolutely loved being on the 21st floor the view was amazing, location was great. Apartment was clean & spacious! Loved the bathroom in the master bedroom. So many different pool options. Book it!!

Beautiful room with great view from 21st floor. Both beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Fast elevators. Biggest downside was the public beach access and no restrictions on where people can place tents on the beach. Expected the crowd in the middle of July, but did not expect several rows of tents starting at the shoreline blocking the ocean views. Wouldn't recommend renting through the chair services since people put tents directly in front of them. Cleanliness could improve, but would not consider "dirty". Vacasa contacted me the first night asking about the experience so far. I let them know the toilet handle broke off after arriving. They responded quickly and sent someone out the next morning to repair it.
