Leave your worries behind and take a break at the beach at this colorful resort condo perched right on the shores of Panama City Beach! Step out onto your furnished balcony and enjoy balmy coastal breezes and breathtaking views of the Gulf. Guests of this rental will also have access to a variety of on-site resort amenities, including a bi-level, heated swimming pool, a fitness center, a grilling area, and direct beach access from the complex. Start your days sunning, swimming, or walking the gorgeous beach, and then break for lunch at one of several local restaurants located within minutes of the condo. Fun for all ages awaits across the street at Shipwreck Island Waterpark. Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are all within a couple of miles of this rental. Anglers can walk to M.B. Miller County Pier. The inviting interior comes fully furnished with cheery nautical decor and coastal color tones to help set the mood for your stay. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and you'll have the breakfast bar or the eat-in table for your choice of dining venues. Comfortable seating and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 12 above the parking garage. The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1 Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles

Great views and easy access to property. A few maintenance issues need addressing- kitchen faucet leaking, master toilet running almost non stop, wobbly bed in secondary bedroom, knobs on washer/dryer set not working well..had to constantly swap knobs to run the machines (they were stripped out). Otherwise, clean and great location!

The facility was clean and neat The facility was as advertised Room was clean had a private balcony master bedroom was away from the other bedroom also came with a washer and dryer. Would most definitely consider staying here again.
