Brew up some coffee in your full-kitchen, step outside onto your furnished balcony, and watch the beach come alive each and every day at this spacious, family friendly condo. Enjoy comfortable furnishings and cooling air-conditioning inside, or head downstairs and take advantage of the many resort-style amenities available on-site. Slip into the shared, bi-level pool, settle into a chaise lounge on the sundeck and work on your tan, or fire up one of the community gas grills and dine outdoors. For a few fun family options, head down the coast to check out WonderWorks Panama City Beach, the Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and Race City, all less than three miles from your vacation rental. Sample some of the local restaurants. And for additional outdoor adventure beyond the beach, explore the 1,200-acre, St. Andrews State Park, only seven miles away. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 14 above the parking garage. The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1 Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $50.00 per vehicle with a maximum of two vehicles

Vacasa guest services is SERIOUSLY lacking! We had several problems and each phone call/text never brought about answers. It was always, "let me check into that and we'll let you know" or "I'm sorry, I don't see any notes on that issue" or " we'll let the local staff know." Never got answers back concerning our concerns and issues. Nothing was ever offered to help alleviate the hardships. Very, very, very disappointing. The only "staff" we had interaction with was the security guard on the property. He was top notch
