On-site you and your guests will enjoy access to a variety of resort-style amenities including a shared, seasonally heated pool, fitness room, shared gas grills, and an outdoor dining area. Conveniently located right on the Gulf of Mexico and just moments away from the Shipwreck Island Waterpark, one of the area's most popular waterparks, entertainment is right outside your door. The Gulf World Aquarium is three miles southwest where you can enjoy a wonderful afternoon interacting with dolphins. Pier Park is the hot spot for shopping in Panama City Beach and itā€™s only four miles west! And for additional dining, shopping, attractions, Front Beach Road is brimming with restaurants and more for you to easily enjoy. THINGS TO KNOW While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

It was right on the beach

We love Sterling Reef for its location. However, this condo needs some updates. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. When I stripped down the bedding it looked even worse than I had originally thought. The ice maker didn’t want to work at all and the filter showed needing replacing. The elevator also broke down while we were there and it was Memorial Day weekend. I can tell a huge difference in small privately owned condos vs this and next time I’ll go with one privately owned.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Beds were nice and the rooms theme was welcoming and very homie. We are strongly considering coming back to this property and will be trying for room 1505 again. The facility were extremely helpful and courteous. It was a perfect place for me my wife and our 2 children.
